•The Board is actively seeking volunteers to help make our community a better place. If you have ideas, or would like to donate a few minutes here and there towards the betterment of the community, please contact any of the Board of Directors to find out how you can help out!

 

•Homeowners and visitors should follow traffic signals to ensure children and pedestrians can enjoy the outside, free from speeding vehicles.  If you see something, say something.  Change cannot be accomplished if residents do not report issues through the proper channels, whether it be the Board of Directors, Winter Haven PD, Code Enforcement, etc...  Finally, all homeowners should take pride in their neighborhood by picking up trash, regardless of whose it is.  It is also the responsibility of pet owners to pick up after their pets.

• Exploring a possible chain link fence for the southeast property line from the entrance wall to the commercial park for added security

• Exploring a possible Neighborhood Watch guest speaker for improved security and safety

• Exploring the possibility of some screening plants in front of the lift station

​

• Exploring the possibility of a guest speaker to speak on the subject of potable water availability and conservation in communities in Winter Haven
