All volunteer jobs would be under the direction of the Board or a Board member.

​Neighborhood Watch Block Captains

 

This job would entail serving as the focal point for the Neighborhood Watch program, encouraging neighbors to participate and report suspicious activity, vehicles and persons within view from their house. In addition, organize Neighborhood Watch Patrols.

​

Beautification

This job would entail planting, trimming, mulching, etc. designated landscape areas and/or gardens and/or clean-up of litter and debris in the community common areas.

 

Activities Coordination

This job would entail organizing community family activities such as but not limited to:

• community picnics, block parties, softball games, etc;

• holiday decorating encouragement and contests;

• food, clothing, and toy drives for the needy; and

• speakers such as Neighborhood Watch, health advice, etc.

Website

This job would entail creation and maintenance of the HOA website.
