Greetings to all Homeowners and Residents!!

 Thank you for being a part of this great community!  Your efforts are helping to keep our community a very nice and very desirable place to live.  The Board is also continuing  to improve our common areas and retention ponds to be nicer for general recreation.  And remember, we can all be good citizens by reporting any suspicious activity to a Board member or directly to the Winter Haven Police Department; anonymously if you prefer.

In an effort to stay in touch with the community, we continue to hold Board Meetings every month.  In case there’s any question about who may attend, all homeowners may, and are invited to, and encouraged to attend any Board Meetings, Annual Meetings and Committee Meetings.  The schedule for all meetings is posted on our website and the community bulletin board.  We also place one or more a yard signs at the entrance announcing the meetings.  For your convenience, all contact and website information is listed in this newsletter.
